Blake was born and raised in Habersham County. His family has a deep history with Habersham Baptist Church for generations, going back to the Habersham Mill days. At a young age, he was very interested in music and looked up to his father who was and is a great pianist and singer. He aspired to be the pianist for the church back to when he was a young boy. The Lord opened the door for that opportunity when he got out of the Marine Corps in 2018. He was later led to accept the Music Director position when it opened up. Blake loves being able to lead worship and bring others closer to Christ through songs of praise. Through all of his life, and the days to come… To God be the Glory
